Benchmark Grain is a commercial grain operation based in Dalhart, TX engaged in the buying & selling of grain in close cooperation with Cargill Ag-Horizons.  Benchmark Grain & David Lowe are founding members of the High Plains Dairy Council and welcome Hilmar Cheese Company and the Dairy Industry to the Texas Panhandle.
